This upcoming Independence Day country music artist, Ayla Brown, will partner with the Armed Forces Entertainment and head overseas to sing for the American troops. This is Ayla’s third time traveling overseas to entertain the troops and she will be visiting at least three different countries including Italy, Greece, and Turkey. Prior to this trip she went to Afghanistan and Kyrgyzstan in 2010, and this past Christmas season Ayla went to Spain.
“I am so honored that the AFE thought of me this 4th of July,” says Ayla. “I can’t wait to get back overseas to perform for our men and women in uniform. It means so much to them to have an American band perform a set on their base.”
Ayla has been touring the United States promoting her patriotic album, “Heroes & Hometowns,” and since it’s release in 2012 Ayla has performed on some of the biggest platforms in music including the Grand Ole Opry stage and the Ryman Auditorium in Nashville, on stage with the Boston Pops last 4th of July, on Fox & Friends, and twice on The Huckabee Show. “Heroes & Hometowns” peaked at #1 on Amazon MP3 and #51 on iTunes.
